PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: View of general VIMS barrier area scheduled to be inspected. Note exposed gravel on and loose sections of barrier along right side of photograph. The purpose of the Site Inspection was to observe an 08:00 barrier inspection being performed and scheduled by H&H. Upon arrival, it was quickly obvious that the VIMS barrier section to be inspected was not completed and ready for an actual inspection. Observed work that had taken place with H&H personnel and installation contractors were made aware of areas that needed to be addressed prior to a barrier reinspection. DEQ was subsequently notified of the barrier reinspection, however, this reinspection was not attended by Brownfields personnel.
