V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Preconstruction kick-off meeting along western border of property.
The purpose of the Site Inspection was to attend a pre-construction kick-off meeting at the
DEQ managers request. A one-hour pre-construction kick-off presentation was given by
Mr. Will Frazier with Terracon Consultants to site superintendents, grading company and
other key trades covering excavated soil handling and other topics. Following the pre-
construction meeting, Will F. and I and walked sections of the northern and western
property boundaries. There were some debris piles from dumping observed along the
western border of the property (Photos 2 and 3), along with several 55-gallon drums of soil
cuttings and/or purge water also present nearby (Photo 4). The interior of the property was
wooded, with visible paths to recent locations drilling had been performed still visible.
