PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Preconstruction kick-off meeting along western border of property. The purpose of the Site Inspection was to attend a pre-construction kick-off meeting at the DEQ managers request. A one-hour pre-construction kick-off presentation was given by Mr. Will Frazier with Terracon Consultants to site superintendents, grading company and other key trades covering excavated soil handling and other topics. Following the pre- construction meeting, Will F. and I and walked sections of the northern and western property boundaries. There were some debris piles from dumping observed along the western border of the property (Photos 2 and 3), along with several 55-gallon drums of soil cuttings and/or purge water also present nearby (Photo 4). The interior of the property was wooded, with visible paths to recent locations drilling had been performed still visible.
