Summary: A flush mounted monitoring well was located on the eastern portion of the
property (Photo 3), which appeared to be in good condition. Unable to remove vault lid
at the time of the inspection. An attempt was made to locate an additional monitoring
well on the northwestern portion of the property, however, this well was not located
during the inspection.
No risk to the public observed at the time of the site inspection.

Photo 1: View of property facing east. Polo Road is visible on the left side of the photo.
The drive-by Site Inspection was performed while performing other Site Inspections in
the area (including Salem Uniform on the adjacent property). The asphalt paving on the
northern portion of the property was in relatively poor condition (Photos 1-4). And as
stated previously, the southern portion of the property consisted of dense woods (Photos
1 and 4), with no structures visible at the time of the inspection.
