Photo 1: Asphalt drive and parking, landscaping, and front of building facing west from E. 36th
street.

The Site Inspection was performed as others were being performed in the area, in
addition to not having been inspected by BPMU previously. Met with Mr. Derek Bastien
who is the community manager for the “Industrious Charlotte NoDa building and
property. Companies and individuals utilize the building as an office coworking space.
There are numerous coworking offices and conference rooms in addition to a coffee bar
(Photo 4) within the building. No Land Use Restriction violations were observed.
