IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: View of eastern building from across the intersection of Baxter St. and S. McDowell St.
I met with two superintendents at their construction trailer, and the soil disturbance
which was supposed to start the previous day had been pushed back to next week. There
was no hard copy of EMP onsite which was a result of just getting power to the
construction trailer although they did have a copy on their laptop. I requested they print
and keep a hard copy onsite, prior to the start of the soil disturbance. A soft kick-off
meeting was scheduled the following Monday. I indicated I might attend if notified,
however, I was not notified and did not attend.

Most of the labels had no writing on them, with some only indicating the boring location. Did
not observe any labels with contact info, dates collected, etc.
