advised that this approval from DEQ Brownfields does not waive any applicable requirement to
obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other state or
local entities.

The developer let us know they are tracking to start construction the first week of August for the
Savona Mill project. Do you think you will be able to provide your review on the VIMP in the next
few weeks so we can address any comments prior to August?
