portion of the property to the north and west of the building is heavily wooded (partially
visible in Photos 3 and 6). No attempt was made to inspect the wooded portion of the
property.

Summary: N/A No chemicals other than cleaning materials used, and saw no sign of
chemicals in production facility of plant. There is an exterior air compressor (photo 5)
which would use de minimis quantities of oil periodically during oil changes. No sign of
spillage or staining observed.
Condition: Unknown
Summary: Well vault observed during inspection (Photos 3 & 4). No attempt was made
to open well vault.
No risk of public exposure was observed at the time of the Site Inspection.

The facility is utilized as an electronics contract manufacturer. Although the inspector
toured the entire facility, no photos of the interior of the building were taken with the
exception of the front office area due to proprietary company assembly methods.
