Environmental Current Use of Property: Industrial Structures on Property: Existing Structures Violation: No Vapor Mitigation Systems: Observed Vapor Mitigation Violation: No Use of Surface Water or Groundwater: Not Observed Water Use Violation: No Exposed Soils: Not Observed Exposed Soils Violation: No Summary: The installation of an HVAC system to introduce approximately 100 CFM of exterior air into the basement and induce a positive pressure within the space was approved by DEQ in an email dated December 22, 2020. The new HVAC was in operation at the time of the Site Inspection. Summary: N/A Summary: A one story commercial masonry building is present on the property, with an approximately 4,000 ft2 basement on the northeast corner of the building that is currently being used as a gym for Dri-Pro employees. See Vapor Mitigation Systems comments. Summary: New packaged chemicals were present on the property (2-part foams used as insulation), however, Mr. Wilkerson indicated that they are only opened, mixed, and used off-site. Inspector Comments V. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: View within interior of building where vehicles and equipment were stored. No photos take of office areas. Site inspection performed as the result of a late LURU for 2022, and to check on the progress of the HVAC system installation in the basement as described in the See Vapor Mitigation Systems comments. Met with Mr. Tyler Wilkerson who is an operations manager with Dri-Pro. Explained the purpose of our visit and provided a copy of the most recent LURU submitted to DEQ which was signed by Mr. Ronnie Weatherly. Mr. Wilkerson indicated that Mr. Weatherly was not in the office that day, but that he would discuss the LURU with him next time he is in the office. However, they are only opened and used off-site.
