• Affidavit of Publication of the Summary of Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields
Property which was published in The Salisbury Post on June 16, 2022;
• Certified mail return receipt green cards documenting delivery of the full Notice of Intent
to Redevelop a Brownfields Property to the Rowan County Health Department, and
public officials on June 16, 2022;
• Signed proof of delivery form documenting the in-person delivery of the full Notice of
Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property to the Rowan County Public Library on June
16, 2022;
• Certified mail return receipt green cards and/or tracking information for delivery of the
Summary of Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property to adjacent property
owners which were sent on June 16, 2022; and
