Good Morning Rachel,
Here are the explanations/action for the four violations that you found on
your last visit.
1. Water filtration nozzle cleaned and 100% working condition. (See pic
and clip)
2. Employees are trained on how to use Galaxy Water System(WWTU). We
had last changed filter in June 2019 and our next scheduled change was
June 2020. However, last year due to Covid-19 we couldn’t find a filter
and also business was 90% down during the pandemic. (see pic)
3. I have attached the log for the filter change.
4. Separator water bucket stored into a container.( See picture)
