Thank you. Here I have attached the mister filter(both) and invoice copy.
We Contacted Phenix supply, Tri-state & Cleaners supply for filters. Tri-
State told us that company out of business who making filters and they
suggest we buy filters from Lows, Homedepot, or Amazon, and finally, we
found from Amazon.

the yellow hard copy to the DSCA address listed on the back of the form.

1. Violation corrected.

2. Please do not operate the mister until you have replaced the filters. Your Galaxy mister filters
need to be replaced. Even if you did not dry clean any clothes in 2020, you still have gone
over the 1-year replacement schedule recommended by the manufacturer. (June 2019 –
November 2021)
During the inspection, I spoke with Mr. Gandhi and told him that I had heard Tri-State had
replacement filters for the Galaxy mister. Change your WWTU filter and send me photos of the new
filters and of the WWTU filter purchase receipt.

3. Thank you for submitting your filter log. Your filters haven’t been changed in accordance with
the manufacturer’s recommendation of 400 gallons or once a year.

4. Please make sure that both dry-cleaning machine’s separator water buckets are stored in spill
containment. While I was on-site, I asked your employee to place both separator buckets in
spill containment. She was only able to find one bucket that would hold the small silver
bucket. Please send me a photo showing the 5-gallon bucket containing separator water
within spill containment.

of the new filters and the purchase receipt and I will change your facility’s status to “in compliance”.

Good Morning Rachel,
Here are the explanations/action for the four violations that you found on your last visit.
1. Water filtration nozzle cleaned and 100% working condition. (See pic and clip)
2. Employees are trained on how to use Galaxy Water System(WWTU). We had last changed filter
in June 2019 and our next scheduled change was June 2020. However, last year due to Covid-19 we
couldn’t find a filter and also business was 90% down during the pandemic. (see pic)

3. I have attached the log for the filter change.

4. Separator water bucket stored into a container.( See picture)
