DSCA MMP - Violation of ISA NCAS 02S .0202[b)
1 would like to Inform you that we do have required records pertaining to the
wastewater treatment unit [atomizer, evaporator, carbon filter). We have beem
changing the Wastewater treatment unit filters and have been compliant to the
manufacturer's recommendations and wastewater treatment unit maintenance and
filter changes have been documented. Please check the attached han wri en
document that includes the dates of when all the filters have been changed.
We have two types of record, one is hand written that we keep it ^t^ore loration
and the other one is in excel format. 1 will attach both 'his mail.
