Site Inspection performed at the request of the DEQ PM to confirm perimeter fencing around apartment complex, across bridge, and near entrance of apartment complex is in good condition. There are some areas where temporary fencing is still installed, however, APEX has made the Brownfields PM aware of this in a Barrier Report dated June 14, 2022. The temporary fencing appeared to be in good condition, was well secured to the permanent fencing, and matched what was presented in the previously submitted Barrier Report.
