V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Former Assistance League building facing northeast.
A drive-by Site Inspection was performed at the request of the DEQ project manager,
primarily to lay eyes on the property prior to its proposed redevelopment.
A Vapor Intrusion Mitigation Plan (VIMP) is currently being reviewed by DEQ Brownfields
for the property. Site redevelopment activities proposed involve the demolition of the
existing structure, and the construction of a multi-family residential apartment building
and parking deck on the property.
