IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Section of VIMS barrier scheduled for inspection by H&H. Work was still taking place
on the barrier installation, and it will require a reinspection.
The Site Inspection was performed to coincide with a planned H&H barrier inspection at
the property. Upon arrival, it was determined that the barrier installation had not been
completed in time and will require a H&H VIMS barrier reinspection (Photos 1 and 2).
While on-site, I was able to inspect a section of VIMS barrier that had previously been
inspected by H&H and was awaiting a concrete pour (Photos 3 and 4). In addition, photos
were taken of area I had previously attended a H&H barrier inspection on 4/22/2022 which
also required a reinspection. The concrete floor slab has since been poured in this area
(Photos 5 through 7).
