building, and VIMS (Photos 5 and 6).

V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Former mill building in the foreground, with new construction apartment building at
rear of photo.
Site Inspection performed to inspect progress on new apartment building construction.
Inspected VIMS risers, and monitoring points within the apartment building. There were
a couple of monitoring points that had not been located that will be looked for. In
addition, walked through former mill building while on-site and took photos of current
status.

Photo 3: Barrier sealed to sub-slab monitoring point below concrete slab. Low VOC caulk or
mortar to be used to seal top flush with concrete floor slab.
