the vapor barrier (Photos 3-6). VIMS components not installed within 1513 S. Mint Street
at the time of the Site Inspection (Photo 7).

Photo 1: View of building facing south across S. Mint Street, with 1513 S. Mint St. in the

Performed Site Inspection during H&H smoke testing of VIMS barrier within unit 1515 S.
Mint St. VIMS barrier and risers appeared in good condition. Smoke testing was
performed in three separate locations within the unit and only very minor barrier leakage
was observed that was immediately resprayed/sealed (Photos 3 & 4).
