PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Concrete slabs stockpiled prior to being reduced into aggregate. Site Inspection performed because of a citizen report that soil transportation to or from the site was taking place. An unannounced Site Inspection was performed, and Mr. Bill Fisher with Complete Dismantling Inc., was questioned if these practices were taking place. Mr. Fisher was aware of the restrictions outlined in the April 28, 2020, Soils Disturbance/Demolition Approval letter (a hard copy was left with Mr. Fisher), and he indicated that no soil had left or been brought onto the property. Based on the demolition practices observed, the interview with Mr. Fisher, and the existing grade of the property, the inspector saw no evidence that there was any soil movement violation as outlined in the Soils Disturbance/Demolition Approval letter referenced above (Photos 4 and 5).
