On behalf of Mill District Partners, LLC, I am providing the attached Final Grade Sampling Work Plan
for the North Davidson II property. As we discussed on the call today, occupancy is scheduled for
April 1. We are tentatively scheduled to perform the final grade sampling on Monday 3/21 in order
