Photo 1: Former Stax Gym portion of property following demolition with concrete floor slab
and asphalt parking pavement still in place.

Re-inspected STAX property following completion of demolition work on both the former
STAX gym portion of property, and former Quinter Textile Group building, which is
located at the intersection of Blairhill Rd., and S. Tryon and is located on the Stax Gym
parcel. Both portions of the site display good housekeeping with debris removed no
exposed soil without groundcover, etc.
