Photo 1: View of site looking south across Tryclan Drive.

No VIMS related construction activities taking place at property yet, and very little site
activity with exception of installation of micropiles and cutting out sidewalk and entry
way off Tryclan Drive at time of inspection. New property entrance must be formed and
inspected by city prior to concrete pour in next day or two, although the supervisor was
pretty occupied with this task, Mr. Brooks did take time out to discuss project and made
himself available for any questions.

individual townhomes visible in photograph.

Photo 3: Storm water detention pond with baffles on southwestern portion of property
appeared to be in good condition. Construction superintendent indicated it will eventually be
filled in for additional townhomes as can be seen by future water and sewer stub-ups.

depth 8-12 feet, although some as deep as 26’. No soil cuttings generated during the process.
