Summary: Storm water/ detention pond visible on southwestern portion of site. Detention pond and sediment baffles appear in good shape. Detention pond is temporary according to Mr. Brooks. Water in pond is not being used. Summary: Residential townhomes currently being constructed. Physical construction of townhomes has not started with exception of water and sewer infrastructure. Summary: exposed soils visible as would be expected on a construction site. No visible imported soil. Site access strictly controlled at gate on Tryclan Avenue. No public exposure risk observed during site visit. No VIMS related construction activities taking place at property yet, and very little site activity with exception of installation of micropiles and cutting out sidewalk and entry way off Tryclan Drive at time of inspection. New property entrance must be formed and inspected by city prior to concrete pour in next day or two, although the supervisor was pretty occupied with this task, Mr. Brooks did take time out to discuss project and made himself available for any questions. Future potable water and sewer line stub-ups for individual townhomes visible in photograph. Photo 3: Storm water detention pond with baffles on southwestern portion of property appeared to be in good condition. Construction superintendent indicated it will eventually be filled in for additional townhomes as can be seen by future water and sewer stub-ups.
