Photo 1: Photo of Applebee’s restaurant. A LURU had not been submitted for this parcel since

Performed general inspection of Morganton Heights property and stopped at Applebee’s
restaurant which is not current with its annual LURU submittals. Asked to speak with the
manager and was told that she was on a conference call. I left a business card and
requested that she give me a call when she had a moment as I would be inspecting
several other parcels in Morganton during the day. I was not contacted by anyone from
the Applebee’s property either on the day of the inspection or afterwards (as of 2/23/22
when this report was finalized).
