Confirmed by reviewing SDS sheets that Exhibit 2 constituents are not listed. Diesel fuel
and hydraulic oil are stored in double walled storage tanks. There was no sign of leaks or
spillage at the time of the inspection.

Photo 1: Entrance to Power Curbers main office.

The site inspection was performed without prior notification. Toured the facility with Mr.
Rivers who completes the annual LURU's for the property and submits them to NCDEQ.
The facility housekeeping appeared good, with no issues observed during the Site
Inspection.

Photo 4: Multi purpose solvent drums stored for disposal. Solvent used to adjust viscosity of
paint used in spray booth.

Photo 5: Three compartment oil/water separator on building exterior. The separator is used to
remove grit from wash water following cleaning of equipment prior to shipment. Treated
water is discharged to the sanitary sewer, and separator is occasionally pumped out.
