PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: View looking northwest across concrete slab located on the property. Off-site Family Dollar distribution center visible in the background. Site inspected while performing other scheduled site inspection in Matthews. Site is not currently in use, and a large portion of it is covered with a concrete building slab, with a smaller asphalt area located on the northern portion of the property. There is a long narrow strip of landscaped area that provides an easement to Monroe Rd (See property boundaries on Page 1, and Photo 2).
