This property has not previously been inspected by BPMU and is currently vacant (Photos
1-4). And as stated previously, the property is mostly covered with concrete from the
existence of a previous service station. There was paid parking on three sides of the
property; however, it does not appear that the Brownfield property is currently being
used for vehicle parking.
