fence visible in photograph.

Site Inspection was made to determine if the proposed demolition of the site buildings
had started. There was no activity or heavy equipment observed at the site, and there
was no sign that building demolition had been started at the time of the Site Inspection.

The site was gated/fenced as described previously, and no attempt was made to access
the interior of the site during the Inspection.
