There are no enclosed spaces on the parcel, and all areas of the brownfield’s property are
covered with gravel (parking area and portions of three different drives), or are
landscaped with grass, shrubs or trees (no gardens or fruit bearing trees). No risk of
public exposure was identified during the Site Inspection.

V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Entrance to Shining Hope Farms.
Property consists of gravel parking for an equestrian business (Shining Hope Farms), and
extends outside fenced parking area, and includes lawn and gravel drive areas, primarily
in the south and southeastern directions. There are no structures on the Brownfields
property, with Shining Hope Farms office is located approximately 40-50’ north of the
property boundary. The inspector entered the office area prior to performing the
inspection, however, there was no one present in the office, or visible during the site
inspection.
