Summary: Several flush mount monitoring well vaults were observed near the northern
property boundary, with the majority appearing to be located off-site. The condition of
the well vaults observed was good, although they were not opened.

It is unknown if trichloroethylene (TCE), which was detected in both sub-slab and indoor
air during the 2013 sampling events, are currently present within the existing building.

Photo 1: Front of building facing southwest.

No one visible within The Nile nightclub on the western side of the building. Inspection
placard posted in the window states "Interior upfit of existing building to a nightclub
taking place". Appears club may not have opened yet. As stated in prior section, this
lower level of the building would have soil contact wall based on exterior inspection.
