2021) is approved.

Please be advised that this approval from DEQ Brownfields does not waive any applicable

Good morning Bill,
Thanks for taking the time to discuss DEQ’s comments over the last couple weeks. Attached is the
VIMP – Revision 2 that includes the changes we discussed. Also, I would like to point out that due to
shifting some of the monitoring points, we also slightly shifted some of the sub-slab and indoor air
sampling locations to provide more representative sampling coverage across the slab with the new
monitoring point locations. The same number of samples and general locations that was included in
the VIMP – Revision 1 are included in this revision, but the exact positions have shifted for some
samples.

Good morning Bill,
In response to your comments on the South & Hollis Loso VIMP, please find a VIMP – Revision 1
dated 11/8/21 for your review. The revisions include conducting indoor air sampling in the eastern
area of the proposed building where low level TCE was detected at the Site and where the
residential ground floor units are located. TCE was not detected on the western portion of the Site
and thus indoor air sampling is not proposed under the western portion of the building where the
proposed ground floor retail and parking deck structure are located.
