Summary: Lowes Home Improvement Store on larger western portion of parcel. No structures on eastern side of 3rd St. NE, although there is a small park area, and a fenced off stormwater retention pond (Photos 5-7). However, these containers are packaged and sealed prior to arrival at the property and are for resale only and are not used on the premises. Inspector Comments V. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: View of Lowes building and parking lot facing east. There were no issues identified on the western portion of the property where the Lowes building and parking lot area are located. There is a small park like area on the eastern portion of the property which is located on the opposite side of 3RD St NE. The park area includes concrete walking paths, benches, trash receptacles, planting/lawn areas, and a fenced stormwater retention pond. There were no issues identified during the inspection of the eastern parcel either.
