Summary: Lowes Home Improvement sells numerous prepackaged containers of
chemicals (acetone, furniture stripping chemicals, paints, stains, roofing materials, etc.).
However, these containers are packaged and sealed prior to arrival at the property and
are for resale only and are not used on the premises.

There were no issues identified on the western portion of the property where the Lowes
building and parking lot area are located.

There is a small park like area on the eastern portion of the property which is located on
the opposite side of 3RD St NE. The park area includes concrete walking paths, benches,
trash receptacles, planting/lawn areas, and a fenced stormwater retention pond. There
were no issues identified during the inspection of the eastern parcel either.
