IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Building #1 where communication testing was performed. Soil contact with occupied
space interior walls present where the number of floors transitions from three to four.
On-site to observe communication testing scheduled for Building #1 and assisted with
set-up of initial test, however, due to delays, I left for Gastonia to perform a scheduled
piping inspection and additional inspections @10:40.
Returned to Woodlawn Green approximately 13:45, and first of three tests had been
completed and set-up for testing the eastern portion of Building #1 had started. Stayed
on-site for set-up, and completion of the second communication test prior departing site.
