Summary: N/A Summary: High density apartment complex currently under construction. Buildings in different phases of completion at the time of the Site Inspection. Summary: Exposed soil present consistent with site construction activities. Summary: N/A Condition: Summary: N/A Temporary chain-link construction fencing installed around the perimeter of the property. No public risk of exposure observed during the Site Inspection. Soil contact with occupied space interior walls present where the number of floors transitions from three to four. On-site to observe communication testing scheduled for Building #1 and assisted with set-up of initial test, however, due to delays, I left for Gastonia to perform a scheduled piping inspection and additional inspections @10:40. Returned to Woodlawn Green approximately 13:45, and first of three tests had been completed and set-up for testing the eastern portion of Building #1 had started. Stayed on-site for set-up, and completion of the second communication test prior departing site.
