PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Building exterior facing north. Site Inspection made to check progress of VIMS Installation. Requested hardcopy of EMP be posted in construction trailer as a hardcopy was not available when the Site Inspection was performed. One sub-slab monitoring point near center of building was not installed and will have to be installed following the saw cutting of a 2'x2' square in the concrete slab. This is one of the better appearing roll-out type barrier installations this inspector has visited. This is a result of an overhead roof preventing the barrier from being rained on, and with much of concrete slab being present, enabling site workers to step over, or go around areas where Stegowrap was installed.
