Photo 1: View of baseball stadium entrance facing east.

No issues identified during site inspection except for possible soil exposure where
sidewalk is being poured along the eastern side of Yanceyville St. (photos 6 and 7). It
appears that this portion of the sidewalk will be completed relatively soon based on the
age of the completed sidewalk. Silt fencing has been installed to prevent soil run-off onto
the stadium vehicle parking area. Although there is some pavement staining, the silt
fence appears to be working as designed.

Photo 5: Monitoring well vaults observed during Site Inspection. Additional well vaults were
observed in the landscaped and parking area. All the well pads and vault lids appeared in good
condition at the time of the Site Inspection.
