maintenance area of Top Golf facility. Was not given access to examine prior to facility
manager checking in with corporate office. Mr. Rutledge will call me back following
internal discussions. As of 11/4/2021 this has not taken place.

Summary: One monitoring well vault observed within parking lot on western portion of

No exposure to the public observed at the time the site inspection eas performed.

was not taking place on brownfield property, or on adjacent parcel. None was observed
during the Site Inspection.
