This is the only building within the apartment complex where a vapor mitigation system was required. Monitoring well vaults appeared in good condition (Photo 5). PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Entrance to leasing office. Site inspection was performed to check condition and operation of active VIMS installed in 2012. All four active VIMS fans were operating at the time of the Site Inspection. Mr Church indicated the fans are checked twice a month, and there has never been an issue with any of the four VIMS fans on Building #5.
