IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: View of former Mill Building facing east.
On-site to observe gravel/sub-slab piping inspection being performed by Cardno. All
piping is currently dry-fit and is satisfactory with the exception of a few 4” dia. PVC
sanitary "T's" that Mr. Davis requested be rotated for better airflow before being gluing.
No issues observed with the sub-slab piping installation, although additional sub-slab
suction piping was added to VIMS in section of building where Sub-slab soil gas sample
SSSG-3 interconnecting VIMS fields in multiple locations. Cardno to install Cox-Colvin
vapor pin inserts prior to concrete pour, so that VIMS barrier will not be penetrated when
installing sub-slab sampling/vacuum observation points.
