There is a small pile of soil located nearby, and it is unclear if it originated from this source, or possibly from off-site dumping (also shown in Photo 5). Brownfields property ends at southern wall of building. Performed Site Inspection while in the vicinity of another property in Gastonia where a scheduled Site Inspection was performed. Generally, site looked in good condition, with surfaces covered by former building/parking slabs or groundcover. Relatively minor signs of dumping taking place on-site even though property boundaries are not fenced. A couple of tires, a couch, and some white material that resembled furniture stuffing of some type (Photo 7) were observed on the property.
