The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program received the Additional Brownfields Assessment Work Plan dated October 19, 2021(Work Plan). DEQ Brownfields comments to previous revision dated October 15, 2021 of this Work Plan have been addressed; therefore, the Work Plan is approved.
Please be advised that this approval from DEQ Brownfields does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other state or local entities.
