The other half of the parcel is vacant land mostly covered with vegetation on the side of alley. Summary: Although there is some exposed soil on northern portion of parcel where there is not complete grass coverage, this is natural, and not due to excavation work or grading. A thick layer of mud has washed into vault. Using a screwdriver to probe vault interior, there appears to be solidified grout below mud/silt layer inside well vault. No risk to the public was observed at the time of the Site inspection. Approximately 50% of the site is paved, or has a building located on it, with the other 50% consisting of a vacant lot covered with vegetation. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Photo of Master’s Fitness building facing northwest across N. Broad Street. Inspection was unannounced, and there was no one at the Masters Fitness work-out studio (interior photo taken through front door glass) during the Site Inspection. Vacant lot to the north that is part of this parcel is mostly covered with grass, although there is some gravel and exposed soils visible. These areas are where grass coverage is poor, and not due to excavation or grading work.
