V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Current status of building construction facing northeast.
Purpose of the site inspection was to observe smoke testing, and to check status of VIMS
construction including VIMS risers. The only items identified during the inspection, which
Clean Vapor was aware of, is the need to extend all 3 VIMS risers approximately 8-10 feet
to clear adjacent wall (Photos 6 and 7).
