Photo 1: Site photo looking northeast down Hawkins St.
Examined portions of VIMS that was visible prior to installation of Liquid Boot VI barrier.
Also observed installation of Liquid Boot barrier on another portion of site, discussed
barrier installation with installers, and observed coupon sampling and thickness
measurement. Coupon sampling holes to be used for smoke testing the following day.
