IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: View of construction trailer facing southeast along E. 36th St. All building present on
the site have been removed since previous Site Inspection.
Inspector attended pre-construction kick-off meeting that included development team
and consultant. Following H&H site history and Brownfield’s requirements presentation
to development team, I re-emphasized that if impacted soil, drums, organic debris, etc.
was encountered, H&H should be notified, and they would coordinate any additional
actions with NCDEQ. In addition, emphasized that no soil should be imported or
exported from site without DEQ pre-approval, and that a hard copy of the EMP should be
posted within construction trailer.
