The parcel inspected is to be a senior living facility. No structures are currently on the
parcel. Initial clearing of the parcel and excavation of the storm water pond had started
at the time of the inspection.

of this inspection.

No use of surface water or groundwater were observed during the inspection.
Exposed Soils: Observed Exposed Soils Violation: No
Site is at beginning of development. excavation of storm pond started. No organics or
indication of reported dump observed in the excavated area for the pond. Additional
small trenches excavated in area of proposed facility and in area of storm water swale at
southern portion of parcel with no indications of organic or domestic debris in the
subsurface.

IV. Inspector Comments
Site is in initial stage of clearing and digging storm pond. The purpose of the inspection
was to observe if any organic debris was present in the subsurface of area reported to
have been used as a dump. No organic debris was observed in the subsurface. Only
construction debris consisting of large concrete blocks were observed at this location,
with most originating from the land surface. One small excavation located within the
footprint of the planned facility and one small excavation in the area of the storm water
swale located at the southern portion of the parcel were dug with no indications of
subsurface organic or domestic debris. No indications of a dump used for household
debris were observed onsite at the time of this inspection.
