Photo 1: Front of facility bordering W. Lewis St.

Facility bordering W. Lewis St. is now Boxcar Bar & Arcade. Rear portion of facility
appears to be fashion design studio (unable to access). Andrew Zimmerman still owns
property, and his office is at “HQ” coworking space almost directly across W. Lewis street.
Initially Mr. Zimmerman was not in and I left business card with personal assistant.
However, I was contacted by Mr. Zimmerman who I met with before leaving site.
Discussed annual LURU submittal requirement. Mr. Zimmerman indicated he had not
been getting notifications. Confirmed email address after returning to office and then
sent LURU link on 8/26/19 with directions on accessing link and signing up for annual
