IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Water line excavation work being performed adjacent to Brownfield property. Note
Brownfields Property is to the right of theflagging.
Purpose of inspection was to evaluate whether water line repair work being conducted
adjacent to the Brownfields Property is impacting the Brownfields Property in any way.
Follow-up Site Inspection made once water line repair work was underway. All work
appears to be taking place off-site as planned, with construction equipment (trailers,
vehicles, heavy equipment and attachments), staged on-site as agreed. Work area is well
organized and no issues observed with exception of washed stone stockpile discussed in
prior Site Inspection Report (April 20, 2021).
I spoke with Mr. Paluso about site work, and washed stone stockpile on Brownfield site.
Mr. Paluso stated it would be moved off-site today based on our concerns. Later in the day,
BPMU received an email that stockpile was removed from the Brownfield property and the
email included photographs, one of which is used as Photo 5 In this Site Inspection Report.
