Condition: Unknown
Summary: Monitoring well vault MW-6 on southern corner of property appeared to be in
good shape (it was not opened during inspection as it was bolted down). There were
additional wells set in concrete along NW border of property, but they are not located on
the Brownfield property.
No risk to public observed at the time of the site inspection. Property is currently a gravel
covered parking lot with weeds growing through in a few areas. No exposed soil
identified at time of site inspection.

Former "Arzberger Engravers" building removed from Lot 4 between generation of plat
map in 2004, and site photos taken in October 2019 (which shows the site in its current
condition).
Site is adjacent to Jones Dry Cleaning which is located on the NW property boundary of
the site and is visible on the left side of Photo 1.
