Groundwater Monitoring Wells: Observed Monitoring Well Violation: No
Condition: Damaged
Observed only two flush monitoring wells located near the main entrance to the
property. Neither well was secure, one was missing the lid, the other's lid was present,
but no bolts to secure. However, both well caps were present, locked, and appear to be
undisturbed for some time.
Current Exposure to Public/Public Risk:
No exposures or risks to the public were observed during this inspection.
