The storage of chemicals was not observed during the conducting of this site inspection.
Groundwater Monitoring Wells: Observed Monitoring Well Violation: Unknown
Condition: Damaged
Summary: Three wells were observed. One flush mount and two stick-up wells observed.
The stick-up well located at the NW corner of the property is in need of repair, or be
removed. The hinge to the lid has rusted to the point of detachment.
Current Exposure to Public/Public Risk:
No risks to the public were observed during the inspection.
