IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: View looking northwest from eastern parking lot.
Met H&H personnel onsite to view mill during VIMS Plan review. There are basements
and crawlspaces contained within structure. H&H site map VM-1 appears to accurately
display these areas based on site visit. Wood floors on first floor to be taken up due to
poor condition exposing crawlspaces and basement areas below. Building and property
generally safe to the public at the time of the inspection although there are signs of
trespassers entering building recently from the western side of the building. No
construction has taken place to date, therefore, no security fencing has been installed
although windows are covered with plywood, and doors are locked shut.
