BRIT Limited Partnership has elected not to acquire the property at 332 Atando Ave., and therefore will not be pursuing a brownfields agreement for the property. We appreciate any work you have done so far to evaluate the application, but no further work will be necessary. Just let me know if you have any questions, or would like to discuss further. I am also forwarding copes of a map, plat and legal description of the property and certain site photographs. We understand that Automotive Group, LLC had previously filed a separate application covering this property, but that in September of this year, DEQ issued a letter indicating DEQ has changed the status of the property in the Brownfields Program to "No Further Interest." We further understand that Elliot Nightingale of ATC has contacted Carolyn Minnich to discuss this new application, and informed Carolyn that BRIT intends to rely on data submitted to the DEQ by Automotive Group pursuant to its application. We will submit the originally executed copy promptly, and will submit a financial statement for BRIT under separate cover. We look forward to working with you on this project.
